Feedback gevenI recently visited a Subway restaurant and I have to say that the staff was amazing. Despite dealing with some rude customers, they handled the situation with grace. One customer even started being rude to another customer, but the staff intervened and handled it well. Having worked in restaurants for over 18 years, I must say that the staff at the Saranac Lake Subway treated me better than I have ever experienced. They were always friendly, helpful, and ensured that my dining experience was perfect.

Food is fine. Just waited 30.min in line. I understand ur short staffed but 2 people should be able to make em faster. Either way. Keep up the good work just TRY harder
Ordered subs through their app. Both subs made wrong. They said they would send some free vouchers. We never received them.
