As a result, the tea has cooled down, the number of rolls in a serving is less than in the photo on the menu. To all the indignations, the answer of the ONLY WAITRESS IN THE ESTATE (despite the fact that half of the tables were occupied): we have a lot of orders, the cook does not have time. I got the impression that he was the only one working there. We will never go back to this establishment and would not recommend to others!
The staff is responsive. They bring food, however, a bit long, but everything was delicious. There is also what to eat for vegans vegetarians (meat-free dishes are marked on the menu), desserts, alcohol. The interior is quite nice, made in Japanese style. In general, the place left a good impression.
Calm, quiet place, pleasant atmosphere. polite service. I really like the new tangerine cheesecake, Japan rolls, all Hosomaki, I especially liked the hot Vesuvius rolls and cheese soup.
In general, it's okay. Better than it was 5 years ago. BUT. The order was waited for more than half an hour, although it was small, black tea was either too weakly brewed, or not for the first time. Spoons brought dirty, hot rolls were barely warm. Although, in fact, everything was delicious. However, the waiters were polite, changed the spoons and apologized. The atmosphere is cozy, warm and clean inside.
We love this cafe very much. It is always cozy here, and meetings take place in a warm, sincere atmosphere. Here are the most delicious rolls and the most wonderful tea. Yesterday we ordered a set of Spice and Women 's tea. We were also offered the Japanese board game Okiya. The evening was a success!!! Thank you Kyoto!!! P.S. There is a proposal to organize a club for board game lovers at the cafe I think it would be a success
