My ex Lily 's Cafe employees and I have STILL not gotten paid for months and months of polite niceties, calling, and begging to have our checks. All our hours are recorded and we are promised pay but then receive nothing which is why I left and others left a few months ago. The food is great, the atmosphere is wonderful but the owner clearly doesn’t have his priorities in check. Especially if he is playing with peoples livelihoods post pandemic. And if you look into it, their past ventures in Naples and with other businesses in Sarasota have failed because of their shady misgivings and lack of PAYING UP .
This place is new but absolutely delicious. I love the mini portions too for small eaters. Recommend the crepes, and anything sweet. Coffee and drinks are great too.Veggie burger made in house and great. Breakfast potatoes also really good. Amazing service will miss Brittany, she was so kind. New favorite, locals come and try.
Such a wide selection of food the choice is quite bewildering and almost too much to comprehend, but everything we chose was cooked to perfection and delicious. Our server was sharp attentive, but not overpowering, and helpful with the range of alternatives. As well as the 'British breakfast ' complete with baked beans, there are lots of vegan foods.Surprisingly, the restaurant served a range of cocktails!A lot of money has been spent on refurbishment of this strip mall unit and there are some outside tables largely used by dog owners.A great find.
Delicious breakfast, brunch and lunch spot in the Landings. Lots of healthy options. Vegan and vegetarian options. This was my first time here and I was certainly pleased. Will definitely be back again soon. Friendly wait staff, they gave my baby an extra little toy piggy for her to enjoy! Thank you guys for a great lunch!!
Ate here this morning our Nutella banana crepe was burned, the waiter offered to refill our ice tea and never came back! A woman (I presume the Owner )came up to the table as we were ready to check out. She asked how our experience was. I told her the above and she asked would you like a discount ? My husband said no.We just explained how the crepes were burned and and the poor service with no beverage refill why would you ask already annoyed customers if we would like a discount ? why not say I am going to give you a discount to make up for this. My husband again told her to not bother finally, after the server took our credit card to pay for the bill she asked again if we wanted a discount to make up for the poor service food. I said Sure we 'll take a discount if that makes you feel better.... so she walks back inside. Imagine our shock surprise when we got the bill with NO discount taken! I thought she quickly left our table to go in and ensure our bill would be adjusted!!Not sure how long you 've been in the restaurant business but you shouldn 't ask your customers what can be done to make things better you should just go ahead and DO IT! Maybe not charging us for burnt Nutella banana crepes would have been the appropriate thing to do?? Maybe not charging for the ice tea that took over 20 minutes to get a refill on? Poor, poor attitude too bad given we know one of the Employees there who is really a good guy. WON 'T be coming back for poor service and burned food
