Great hotel if you have dogs! But if you are allergic to them then not a good idea. It’s apparent they are not limiting the pets to certain floors or rooms I coughed all night, as I am allergic to most dogs and cats. Conveniently located and a great bartender on Wednesday evening but very limited food menu. Breakfast offering was rather late for a business location and definitely less than I would expect at a Marriott property. Valet was handy and very, very nice! Front desk staff was accommodating as well. The rooms are very small and very dark if you’re stuck facing the courtyard, yup many rooms look right at each other and are not outward facing? Poor design for a downtown area?

Excellent location, clean comfortable rooms. Alexis at the front desk was super sweet, professional, kind, valet parking guys are awesome. Nice cute hotel for a getaway weekend with my husband, pet friendly. Great rooftop pool with a bar, I don’t know the name of the manager on duty but he was awesome, all staff are friendly and attentive. Price was great, definitely we are coming back. Thank you Alexis for your kindness and excellent customer service.

Was not an enjoyable stay.1. I paid a little extra for the advertised city view , and we were put on the second floor, looking at the valet and side of the next building. I went immediately to the front desk and asked if I could be moved, and they said, all king beds are only on the lower floors and would not move us. Why advertise city view king rooms, when they don 't exist?2. The guest in the next room had several small dogs that barked and howled throughout the day and night. I had to place several calls to to the front desk. The issue never seemed to be adequately addressed for 3 days.3. The room itself had a damp/swampy odor.Overall, we are normally not complainers but felt dismissed on all of our issues/concerns. We were simply trying to have a romantic get away, and these problems had a negative impact on the whole experience.

Misleading information!!!We paid extra for the breakfast package just to find out at our time of check in that the breakfast is a limited Grab and go We paid extra for a room with a city view , see attached photo of the beautiful view outside our window...The Deluxe room (nothing Deluxe about it) ...we chose was extremely smallRooms: Plane and small , nothing Deluxe about the Deluxe room we had chosen and paid more for.Food drinks: The Breakfast is a limited grab and go , not a buffet or made to order.Noteworthy details: Overpriced, misleading advertising.

This Aloft is an Aloft. Utilitarian. Does the trick. Clean, beds were comfortable, nice staff. Great if you’re just sleeping there. I thought the price was good for the location (near two restaurants at the marina and the Main Street of shops).
