Rano told me how she goes to Miami to choose the ripest fruit and spends a month making the onion flatbread for the open sandwich so that it is easily digestible. The flavorsare unexpectedly incredible and based on fresh herbs like basil and rosemary. I drove a long way to come here and was met withopen arms, thoughtful conversation, and a full belly. I was so excited to visit and just came to the city for this restaurant. So I was super sad when I arrived at 11:00 on Saturday and it was closed. note on the window said sell out and says updates will be released on facebook. So, check them fb (if they have it) before they come.
Absolutely delicious, very high class food, it is very rare to find such great vegan food with such nice and hospitality atmosphere. There are raw food, cooked food. We had Quinoa Burger, open sandwich salad, red curry and chocolate bliss, all were super delicious. I am so happy with service also. The woman who owns the place provides a good and fast service. She is the great cook.
Owner is so kind, warm, educational, and truly wants you to have a good experience. She puts a ridiculous amount of work into these delicious teas, soups, entrees, deserts. Have eaten here a couple times when I visit family in Florida. According to Facebook post 1/30/2021 she is close to opening new location. Can’t wait to visit in the spring.
