Culver's - Sarasota

We waited a long time for someone to take our order, and then we had to wait even longer for our food. We weren't served promptly, so we checked on our order to see what was causing the delay. We found our food sitting on the counter, just waiting for the onion rings. Unfortunately, by the time we received it, our food was cold. We've dined at Culver's #511 several times before without any issues, but it seemed like there just weren't enough staff to handle the Friday night rush. We’re unlikely to return. Additionally, the ladies' bathroom was in poor condition.

The restaurant is clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and saw dapper in their uniforms, the presentation of the food when it is brought out beautiful, was not long wait. And from the other reviews it seems as if it were an inequality about how some other visits have been. But I come here and enjoy the food and the great staff.

Never in a Culver? Large menu selection and clean restaurant. Only the soda machines to grab seemed to really be on the carbonate to syrup ratio. Other than that, great place for a quick bite.

We have fed here for the last five winters and in the past love Culver?s. Not so much this year. First on a positive note, people are great. The ice is great. At our last visit 11/2 men and I agreed we had the worst burger ever. We had to wait 25 minutes from the time we had ordered and when they arrived, both were almost burned beyond recognition - we were hungry after a long day shopping so that we only ate them, but honestly, if we ever have this experience again, it will be the last time we eat there. There was definitely a slide in quality years ago

Wow has this place gone down hill. Asked for no onions. Got Onions. Bun was not fresh Hard. tomato was the end piece. Burger was cold and under cooked. Whoever is running this place should look for a different job. 3rd time we got bad order here. Good bye Culver?s. Never again! I?m done.
