Millie's - Sarasota

The photos of the food don't do it justice. The French toast is almost like dessert — absolutely perfect in every way. The bacon, which comes in generous four-piece servings, is thick-cut and full of flavor, with plenty of meat and minimal fat. The scrambled eggs were cooked just as I requested, light and fluffy. The service was excellent as well. And I can't forget to mention that the coffee was delicious!

My mother, aunt, and I had breakfast at Millie's this morning, and we were delighted by the cozy, charming, and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. Our server, Juan, was exceptionally nice. From the moment he approached our table, he was friendly, engaging, and attentive to our needs. He made sure our food requests were met, and I genuinely believe that Juan is a fantastic waiter who takes great pride in ensuring his customers feel at home. Thank you, Juan, and thank you to Millie's for having such a talented member on your team! I can’t wait for our next trip to Sarasota, and I hope we get the chance to be served by him again. The food was outstanding, and we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to dine here!

Everything was excellent. The pancakes are incredibly light and fluffy.
