We came to Mona Lisa this past Friday night, .We were with another couple; and sat for approximately 1/2 an hour before a waiter even acknowledged us. We were given a bread and olive oil and if I tell you the bread for all four of us looked to be the size of a crouton. Then after waiting for almost two hours (yes almost 2 hours) we were given our food. Yes the food was sub-par l( you go to an Italian carry out you’d get a better meal—-not to mention three of the orders were wrong! The son of the owner was our waiter( are you clueless you knew all of this and handed us the checks without even an apology—-you should have comped the meals and given all four of us a major apology!!!!!!!!!

Seated by an open window by the kitchen and was very noisy at times. Service was marginal and loaf is very small. We won't be back as there are better Italian restaurants.
