Ruth's Chris Steak House - Sarasota

The service in this restaurant was always top notch. But I have to say that everything has gone downhill since the pandemic. The service of our waiter was great. However, the Valet was too busy on his phone to open our doors, the Steak got my father was not sizzling and was not the usual cut and the lobster was dry. The chopped salad was (as always) top notch. The drinks were never very good, so I wasn't shocked that they didn't know how to make a high-quality old fashion. It is a pretty thick price tag so you would expect a higher level of service. I hope they improve here.

This is our second time here and it was amazing. The food is delicious, Tomahawk was on the point, it couldn't be better. Service is great, on every detail. Thank you.

Excellent service and food! I've never been to Ruth Chris before, but I was in a series of what I think is high-end steakhouses. The service and steaks, salads, pages and the overall experience were fabulous. Angie was our server. Once she realized that it was out there, she gave a little background to her steak quality as she prepared and served and history of the company. Each cut of USDA Prime beef served arrives boiled to perfection and sizzling on a 500° plate? Like Ruth liked it. She was attentive and friendly and very helpful to help us with the choice. The steaks were perfectly prepared, tasteful and well presented. The sides mac and cheese, garlic mashed and creamy spinach were abundant and delicious. This is a high-end steakhouse and the prices reflect this, but also served serving the serving and the product. I'm back.

Choose this amazing restaurant for my birthday I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time, turned out to be the best experience ever. The staff is very professional, respectful, compassionate, patient, friendly; exceptionally serious. We were greeted with a smile and sat shortly after. The food was amazing, everything was just the right temperature. They kept explaining the menu and checking if we were okay. I can't say thank you enough to make my day extra special desire, I could put a 10 simply the best experience ever.

If I could give them 10 Stars I would!!! I had a reservation for 3 For Mother?s Day we ended up driving to Sarasota because I waited until a week before mom day to reserve anyways it was such a great experience. We drove up to complementary valet no wait greeted with all smiles immediately sat at table the atmosphere was awesome everything was so clean the white linen,the silverware the glasses on table with candles so elegant Waiter was immediately there soon as we sat we didn?t have to wait on anything,they made us feel so special. The area we sat in it was like four waiters waiting on us like stars I?m so serious. The food was absolutely delicious and the cocktails was great not watered down at all.The entree came out with 500 degrees plates not one single attitude I mean every single staff was shaved and everyone was so clean I watch these type of things. My baby had to use the bathroom first time there so a waiter who was just walking by escorted us there so sweet ,the bathroom you could eat off the floor it smelled so clean and I was so impressed!!! When we got ready to go they gave each of us a single rose and they even bagged all of leftovers immediately when we were finished no one rushed us I can go on and on!I have been to ocean prime and Eddie v five stars high end restaurants and they don?t have nothing on Ruth Chris I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone and I would definitely be back soon thank you for the best experience ever!!!??????????????????
