Servando's On 4th - Sarasota

I had a great experience at the restaurant. The appetizer, Warmmenmen, was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the smoked chicken wings and the lamb shank. The oysters were incredibly fresh and tasty. The service was friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant visit. Just a heads up, the live bands play at night, and it gets quite loud after 9 PM.

Despite the restaurant being less than half full, it was quite loud and chaotic inside. For a starter, we ordered the roasted mac and cheese ball, expecting several small bites, but it turned out to be the size of a giant softball. It consisted mainly of mac and cheese, with a thin layer of deep-fried breading on the outside. My wife is a vegetarian, and unfortunately, the restaurant did not have any vegetarian entrees. However, the chef was kind enough to come to our table and suggested a vegetarian zoupino dish, which was quite good. I ordered the house special paella, which was tasty but for the price, the portion was rather small. It also included a free glass of sangria that had virtually no alcohol content. Overall, considering the prices they charge for the food, we believe we could find better meals at other restaurants. That said, it seems like a good spot for happy hour from 4:00 to 7:00 PM when drinks and appetizers are half price. This makes dining and drinking much more affordable, and they do offer a nice selection of appetizers.

When the waiter inquired if we wanted to see the dessert menu, we declined. However, he then proceeded to bring up desserts multiple times. I asked for sparkling water four times but never received it! Eventually, I went to the cash register to order and pay for a drink while informing the manager that we were still waiting for the dinner check. Despite this, we had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes before the waiter finally came over with the check and offered a half-hearted apology. I will not be returning to this restaurant but will seek out Smokey Sessions at other locations instead.

We came to dinner and eating was very good! I love your spicy seared tuna, .servandos bread and the bison sliders. I had also ordered her mozarella tomato salad, but never received. we shared the small dish meal with the group had drinks and really enjoyed their restaurant.

The Happy Hour choices were quite nice and the prices were excellent! Have already recommended this restaurant to friends.
