Starbucks Coffee - Sarasota

Anyway, I went there yesterday and was charged $7.81 for a venti pumpkin chai tea iced latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. However, today when my sister and I ordered through the drive-thru, she was charged $9.10 for the exact same drink. It should have cost $8.50 or even $7.81 like mine did yesterday. When we asked the girl about the price difference, she said she didn’t know why it was more, claiming it’s always extra for sweet cream cold foam and chai. But if they specifically sell chai as a drink, why charge extra for foam? Just because we wanted a substitution shouldn’t mean an additional $1.25 for cold foam. It was frustrating because it felt like we weren’t being heard, and when you cut her off while she was speaking, it made it even worse. Plus, the girl with the ginger hair didn’t help either. We had to repeat our order three times! I’ve never had issues with this location until now.

The staff is very friendly, and the manager is outstanding in welcoming guests and supporting her team. The atmosphere is great, and the employees consistently do an excellent job every time.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times, and it’s always been very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the drinks are consistently great. They offer a drive-thru option, as well as the ability to order through their mobile app. If you prefer a sit-down experience, they have a lovely area to relax. Overall, it's a fantastic place!

I get almost every single day the same drink, so I know how it looks like the majority of the time it comes out right, but if this one girl works, my drink never comes right, I don't know her name, but it's gonna be ridiculous to put her in a cup what I tell her, not how they drink it, it's not her drink

It literally took 25 minutes to have to iced coffee 's made. I was starting to think I was on Punked . The coffees were good but definitely not 25 minutes good.
