This isn't just an issue at this location; I've noticed it elsewhere too. On a positive note, the place has a cozy atmosphere. It tends to get busy, but there’s outdoor seating available. They also have a drive-thru and plenty of parking.
The food they offer is great and consistently high quality, with a touch of luxury. It's an entertaining spot to witness the antics of a wild Karen or Ken! The over-the-top paranoia adds to the fun. However, the highlight is definitely the machines, especially when they come to life. It feels like watching three-year-olds discovering the world around them. You can’t help but want to run up and give them a participation sticker!
Loves the Matcha Latte with oat milk. Only 4 stars because they charge extra 70 cents for oat milk...
Awesome coffee and cold brew. Don’t mind the 1 star reviewers. Apparently they have forgotten that the people trying to run this store are only human.
First, the cups we received had a crushed lip, which was concerning. When we requested a second cup for a double, we noticed that all of the cups had the same issue. This was disappointing. Additionally, the “Pike Place” drip coffee was a bit weak, which is not typical for Starbucks. While the staff was friendly and the service was commendable, the quality of the product fell short. On a positive note, the pup cup we ordered was exceptional; it seemed like Kona really enjoyed it! However, our lemonade was quite standard, and I'd like to see improvements with the drip coffee—perhaps it was just a bad batch. Overall, I appreciate the excellent service, but the product quality needs attention. Thank you to the team!
