Flatbread Social - Saratoga Springs

Great Vibes, Wonderful Staff who are friendly and give great service. The food is so yummy, with great Drinks to compliment. My favorites are The spotless mind cocktail, The Smokey Apple Salad, The Only Kind of pizza there is and The Wings!!

My fiancé and I went to flatbread social tonight and were seated immediately on a Friday night. Let me just say on top of the service, the food was also immaculate!! We ordered a pizza and wings, and our cocktails were so tasty. I really wish I remembered our waiters name because he was outstanding!! The restaurant was very busy on a Friday night, especially with take out orders, but he was hustling the whole night. Unfortunately our pizza was running a little behind as they were busy, which usually would have been no problem but the only problem was my fiancé and I did have a paint sip reservation for 7:00pm and it was 6:55pm with no sign of our pizza. When we told our waiter, he went out of his way to immediately get our pizza in a take out box, gave us a $25 gift card and also hand delivered our pizza to us at the paint sip that way we wouldn’t be late for our reservation!! We can’t wait to come back again due to the delicious food and service!

Went on a Thursday night around 6:30. Lots of families. As the night went on the crowd changed. Casual, fun, beachy environment. Loud but not in a bad way. The pizza oven is no joke. Nice thin crust. Had the Green Goddess and Prosciutto in Love which comes with an egg on top. Delicious!

Only positive things to say about this place. My husband and I got into town late and arrived 30 minutes before closing time. We were welcomed with a smile and every staff member was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed seeing the food being made right in front of us. And then when our pizza was done, the cooks noticed the bartender was busy so they brought the pizza over themselves. The Smoky Apple salad and eggplant pizza were both delicious. Will definitely return.

I am STILL thinking about this pizza, that’s how good it is. We got the original and Green Goddess, both with vegan cheese only and WOW! The vegan cheese is amazing—they source it from a company in Albany. The dough is perfect. The sauce was great. I haven’t had a good vegan pizza in a while and growing up in NY, my standards are high. Will be planning another trip to Saratoga just for this pizza.
