Kneaders Bakery Cafe - Saratoga Springs

The salad I ordered was good but I was really shocked at how few gluten free options they had on their menu. I thought they would have at least one good dessert or bread option that was gluten free.

I have tried to give this place a few chances because I know they are busy on Saturday's, however I’m done. Bought 5 French toast and they decided to shove all FIVE into one bag. So syrup went everywhere in the bag and all over the other containers. They also took 20 minute to even acknowledge I was standing there to ask a question and people are rude and cut me off.

Poor, very slow service. To be more specific it doesn’t matter if your the only car or 5 cars in line. Not to mention they cannot make a smoothie!!!

I've only noticed a low amount of attitude problems here from employees but the food has always been exactly the way it was meant to be!

Gave this place another try. Order is always wrong and the drive thru can take about 20 minutes. The receipt is correct but the rude staff always gives wrong or missing items. Spend your money on a place that will value your time and money.
