Feedback gevenWe had a fantastic experience at this Panera Express. The staff was friendly and helpful when we were choosing our food. The food was delicious! The manager even made sure to recommend some of their best items. The restaurant, bathrooms, and parking lot were all clean and well-maintained.
We are loyal fans of Panda Express, but we were very disappointed by the service at this particular location. We felt compelled to write this review because whenever we visit, they always seem to be "out" of everything. It's not a matter of us arriving right before closing time either. We are willing to wait for our favorite dishes, but we have never been given that option here. When we inquire about what is available, the staff seem irritated and reluctant to share this information. It's frustrating to feel like we are burdening them by simply asking what items are in stock. We understand times are tough, but we believe this location could benefit from new management to improve the consistent quality that we expect from the Panda Express chain.
I have visited this restaurant a couple of times, with low expectations. There are not many authentic dining options near Saratoga, as most places are chain restaurants. I prefer restaurants that stay true to their roots, but unfortunately Panda Express falls short of being an authentic Chinese restaurant. The food is decent and the service is okay. It's a decent place to grab a quick meal. However, on my last visit they got my order wrong and the steak dish I received was not tasty. Additionally, they forgot to provide utensils with my meal. On the bright side, the prices are affordable.
Order orange chicken and teriyaki chickens through a scrub stroke and so did they send out the order?
Food was great, employees were great, manager Melissa was the most awful manager I’ve seen.She was rude to several customers, cutting them off and talking snide, my husband included. She was especially awful to her line crew who was doing fantastic during the rush- so kind, with great customer service!(Ayphrel was one and I can’t remember the others The crew was great.Melissa, the manager, was so rude and condescending to two employees, (one looked like they were about to cry) and it filled me with rage. Don’t put someone like that in a manager position! She is creating a toxic, hostile environment, for everyone, especially those poor employees and if customers can visibly see that, there’s a problem.
