Salt Char - Saratoga Springs

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and the Steak Cap was outstanding and is probably the best flavored steak I’ve ever eaten. The custom drink, Wolf’s Jaw, created by a very nice bartender, was great. If you want to treat yourself and your spouse, I highly recommend Salt Char.

It’s legit...the Ribeye Cap Steak was the best steak I have ever eaten. Also, make sure you treat yourself to the Ice Cream and Sorbet dessert. Easily overlooked, but the best dessert option.

The food is always delicious, the cocktails are amazing, and the bar staff is always on point! We like to eat at the bar wherever we go, and I love the bar staff here! They remembered our names after just one visit, and even remember our favorite cocktails! Its a fantastic restaurant with a great atmosphere.

So I live in Los Angeles: Salt Char easily one of the best restaurants I've been to across the United States. The Ambiance is great, the wait staff was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I don't have anything bad to say about the restaurant just be prepared that the prices are ala carte, and pricey. The food was definitely worth it. There are not many restaurants out there that come and clean up the crumbs after you eat the bread, they do, and that is definitely A+. If they really wanted to take it to a different level, which it seems there striving for, then open up the napkins and place it on the customers' lap, that is really fancy.

The food was out of this world!!! Our server I can’t remember her name (she was Asian and had great lashes) was above and beyond with knowledge and customer service. We had the date night special for two and left with our desserts because we were stuffed. I highly recommend taking advantage of their weekly special!!
