Taco Bell - Saratoga Springs

I do not recommend ordering from this location. I've lived nearby for seven years and have given them multiple chances, but they always let me down. I often don't receive my drinks, my food arrives cold, and there’s always something missing from my order. It feels like they don’t care to meet any fast food standards. If you’re in the mood for tacos, I suggest going to Del Taco instead. I'm really tired of the frustrations with Taco Bell.

It was exactly what I was looking for. I anticipated a Grilled Cheese Burrito from Taco Bell, and that’s exactly what I got. This isn’t a Michelin-star review, and giving Taco Bell five stars feels a bit exaggerated. I simply want my order to be correct. Well done—nothing more, nothing less.

It's dinner time, and to my surprise, this location is closed. If staff shortages are the issue, then management should consider hiring more employees with better wages. Moreover, the fact that this location doesn't serve breakfast is a major letdown, as I'm a huge fan of Taco Bell.

It’s clear that everything has been sitting out for far too long. The Cinnabons are dry and hard, the tortillas are tough and falling apart, and everything is cold despite only being 10 minutes from the time I ordered. Someone really needs to assess this place, seriously!

I ordered four Chalupa Cravings boxes, but unfortunately, they forgot to include the chalupas in all of them.
