Mcdonald's - Saratoga

I ordered a fresh batch of 13 cookies at the drive-thru, but was given an old batch that had likely been sitting for a couple of hours. I politely requested a fresh batch and was asked to park for 4 minutes. When the cookies were brought out to me, I could tell they had just been warmed up in the microwave. The outer layer was hard and crispy, while the centers were only slightly warm. It was frustrating to feel like I was being taken advantage of, especially after being patient and understanding. If this happens again, I will address it with the staff directly.

I have to give a major shoutout to this place. I visited at 3am on Halloween and my fries and food were both served hot. The service was quick, and the person at the drive-thru register had a fantastic attitude, especially considering the late hour. Thank you and well done!

I ordered a hot chocolate, but they gave me warm milk instead.

The worst McDonald's drive thru ever. This is our local McDonald's so we visit at least once every couple of weeks. 9 out 10 times we get terrible service. We always try our best to be polite and patient but no matter how much we try we're alwayswelcomed with rude service with the exception of one employee. Missing food, no straws, no napkins, 1 BBQ sauce pack per 10nuggets, never any happy meal toys, over cooked nuggets, over cooked fries, and best of all, one time I ordered a big breakfastwith a side of cheese and found a slice of cheese on my pancakes. Did I mention that they never have any happy meal toys? Somany times I've needed to walk into to restaurant after leaving the drive thru to get something that's missing. Help.

This receipt with chewing gum was found in my bag. The gum smells fresh, although this receipt was 2 days old and not mine. I threw away all foods. Very low quality of employee. No worries, for I?ll never come back.
