Amazing food and wine and extremely exceptional service! Entire staff was very professional and courteous. Will definitely come here again. Definitely one of the best restaurants I have been to.

For a restaurant like this you set certain (high) expectations. But they were exceeded. We did the 4 course tasting menu and it was amazing. So will served, presented and delivered. Excellent taste and bite. Wine pairing was top notch. Service was on point. Just a unique experience!

A true culinary experience. The food selections were diversified and perfectly executed. First glass affair all the way! Attention to detail impeccable from culinary creativity to the plating to the serving. Prefer the new menu that offers a little more diversification/variety in food options vs being served surprise dishes that may not agree w/everyone. Hope they continue w/this menu as we preferred it over the other more restrictive one. We like choices and that's what the menu offered so every plate was fully enjoyed.

Jeffrey, Alex, Emilio and the whole Plumed Horse crew were absolutely outstanding on all fronts. Their attention to detail was superb and they really knew how to make our evening super special (celebrating a birthday and anniversary ! My parents even visited from out of town and kept commenting on how special this restaurant was! The food and wine recommendations were on point, the quality exceeded our expectations and the conversations were flowing so naturally. The napkins were constantly folded and our water glasses were always filled. Definitely get that uni and dungeness crab souffle appetizer there's a reason it's never left their menu : . We loved the whole experience so much that we're going to come back next month to celebrate my husband's birthday!

The service here was second only to the food. Essentially every course (and we ordered a variety of dishes amongst ourselves was delicious and eloquently explained to us. Their non-alcoholic drink options were also super appreciated and tasty. All of the staff members we interacted with were friendly and willing to indulge all of our inquiries about the food and restaurant. Highly recommend the pork katsu :
