Sipan Peruvian Restaurant & Bar

I wanted to like this restaurant, but it is really hit on many fronts. while the staff was polite, they were a little prone (we had to ask for cutlery, the service lasted forever, they have forgotten some of our order.) the food itself was mediocre: the fish-kewitsche was full of sinus (to the point where I couldn't eat it and had to spit out and the server didn't even notice) all this world was tolerable by an affordable nut and pop restaurant, but we paid $140 for essentially two courses and a drink for two people for some quite terrible food. I would love it to be a high quality Peruvian restaurant in saratoga, but that is not it. they save their money and go somewhere else.

They need more waiters. it took 35 minutes to float our credit card

Fantastic service and kewitsche, paella and bark. moved here a year ago and was great to be indoor eating and waiting staff who enjoyed being there and engaged review in, smiling and suggest great dishes and Peruvian beer. caught our eye because of the Peruvian place we visited in costa rica and was unforgettable, we will be back

This was our first visit and we cannot wait to return. the ceviche sampler was excellent! the salmon with a delicious Quinoa side was also a favorite. friendly service and a nice selection of different cocktails.

We ordered two different types of paella. Both were delicious and servings plentiful. Specialty drinks were an added treat.
