The Schloss Restaurant Sargans is much more than a restaurant. A longer journey is worthwhile. The castle complex is very well maintained. The view phenomenal. Very nice ambiance. The food was ok, but the prices were high for not everything being available. Unfortunately, fries were still a bit raw, there were no more pasta (was informed shortly before the service).
