La Fonderie - Sari-Solenzara

We have been there for dinner. Most of the guest are locals that's always a good sign. It's been pretty busy but they managed it very well. So the service was super friendly and good. Food and drinks have been great. Beside food they do also nice cocktails. We will go there again.

Extraordinary! Very friendly staff, excellent dishes, rabbit pizza on the very fun children's menu, children's play area. A real pleasure for our last evening in Corsica.

As soon as you arrive you feel really good... due to the warm welcome from the waiters, the setting: port of Solenzara in front of you and away from the hustle and bustle of the center, a super well-equipped children's corner to be able to enjoy even longer your meal lol the menu is varied enough to “still” have the assurance of quality. The Milanese escalopes were good and plentiful on the plate..lol.. The children's menus too (photos). Everything remains affordable in price. Whether you come in a group of friends as a couple with or without children, this place adapts to you so that your moment is successful! I will come back with pleasure

La Fonderie serves high-quality Corian and French dishes using local ingredients in a beautiful atmosphere. The cannelloni, filled with spinach and brocciu (Corian sheep 's cheese) in a fruity tomato sauce, is a poem. The Fondant au Chocolat is one of the best I 've ever tasted, but the vanilla ice cream with it is the absolute crowning glory.

Beautiful, very hearty dishes... Plates for children worthy of adult dishes!!!
