Charming, modern tasting room. Our host (Daniele) and hostess (Cristine) were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic purveyors of Italian Truffles. They provide history, region and types of truffles and truffle products. These include wine pairing, recipe ideas and fresh truffles as well as truffle products including oils, honey, salts and spreads. Psstttt.... If you aren't a wine lover they have many Belgian beers! Located in the lovely mountain town of Sarnano, Italy LaCerqua adds a fresh face to the midevil town. What a wondwrful experience to any passerby. In conversation, it was revealed that they also offer hunting experiences. For those that are curious or want to learn more, I highly recommend going on the hunt. Fabulous experience!

Unique venue of its kind. Great refinement in details, fresh and quality raw materials. An excellent and refined wine list. In short, a food and wine experience to try and live. I highly recommend it.

This gorgeous little shop in Sarnano is a perfect place to try Italian truffles (make an appointment! and pick up some not too expensive and very unique gifts to take home- truffle in jars and oils in bottles are easy to travel with. You can even get truffle honey- yum! Beautifully packaged and ready to give. Much better than a fridge magnet

We just spent a glorious day hunting for truffles with Spuma(truffle dog) and our superb hosts Cristine and Dany. Afterwords we had a lovely lunch at a unique restaurant. Our new found truffles were included in the lunch. We visited their newly opened truffle boutique for more truffles, truffle products and wine. What a great way to spend the day with like minded people, truffles and our hosts. We learned so much. Thanks Cristine and Dany
