Bread Man Pizza Pasta & Café - Sarnia

Large company, super food and food! I picked up 3 eggs on Monday and knew we wouldn't use them until today (Thursday). I specifically asked if they had to be frozen or if they would stay in the fridge. I was told they were all right in the fridge, but they weren't. Today I went back to the store and mentioned what happened. After a brief explanation, I was given more dough without an additional fee, and they apologized for what happened. They stand behind their products and their customers and do what is right. Thank you for your kindness, we will certainly buy dough, pizza and other items from you again! And we recommend everyone we can!

Bread you make a great pizza. my only complicity is that they are not open in the late night. I remember being in the class school and bread you get on 'pizza day' so get a piece of here just brings back some great kindness memories! (they know the only good part of the school ha it is a small place, so the food is home / hand made, it's not frozen teig and infiltrated like big chains, it's really good pizza after they were opened later!

Excellent authentic Italian cuisine. Very friendly staff and owner! They come out to make sure everything was good..... It's EXCELLENT! Your bread is made fresh daily and with NO preservatives... I recommend this hidden jewel to anyone who likes to sit in or take their meals. The pizza is absolutely fantastic!!! Don't hesitate and just go for it!

I remember when I was younger and an older guy who worked there cried to a customer because he dropped the cake she ordered while he wanted to pay for it. You can claim that it was sold, but do not give customers properly about a closure is a bad management decision. It's sad because they once had one of the best pizzas and breads in Sarnia, just to scream with the customers, then claiming that it was sold to a family member, then they clinked the prices while the quality and quantity decreased. You can not increase prices while decreasing the quality and quantity. A number of mistakes and miscalculations are what ultimately led them to close. The population, household income, etc. in this area over the years have also changed.... Unfortunately, the owner never drew attention to it. Location, quality, quantity, price and customer service are what keeps a business blossoming, but if you lose focus on 3 of those, it's all about crumbs. The concept was great, the execution was terrible in recent years.

The pizza was pretty hard and old. The people couldn't get us out of there fast enough cause it was 6. That's an hour before they are supposed to close. But I gave it the 2 stars instead of 1. Because I can tell the pizza has potential to be delicious.
