India Palace - Saskatoon

If you're ordering for delivery be very careful as EVERYTHING is extra. We ordered a staff lunch to be delivered. What we received were 2 half full containers of Vindaloo and Ragen Josh and that's it. No rice. No Naan bread. For $18 each this was a ripoff. Dishes were very tasty, but very oily.

I love curries, and Black Pepper is my go-to place to satisfy my cravings! The curries and other dishes are all absolutely delicious and clearly made with great expertise. The owner and his staff are friendly and helpful and bend over backwards to see that their customers are satisfied; you couldn't ask for better service. For both eat in and takeout I wholeheartedly recommend Black Pepper.

I needed take out for five people. The women taking the order kept on telling me that I was ordering too much food, so she got me to decrease the amounts. First I appreciated her input. But after seeing the food, it seemed like she was trying to get rid of what ever was left over from lunch that day or the last day.

My son and I went for lunch here, we both had goat, mine had a creamy curry/mango sauce , as I wasn;t wanting anything too hot, this was perfect! My son who is a hot fanatic had Vindaloo, at first he didn't find it quite hot enough so they took it back and made it hotter, and he was very impressed with the heat.We both had saffron rice with it which was very nice, and icecream and dumpling for dessert. I was extremely impressed with my meal,the restaurant had a nice atmosphere as well as excellent service, our family will defiinitely be back for more meals here!!

Had the buffet, It didn't disappoint.Lots of selection and food. The butter chicken and naan were really good.
