Rock Creek Tap & Grill - Saskatoon

I really enjoyed this place when it first opened, then it was okay, and didn't come very often. I recently started coming back and it's really great now. The staff are all friendly and make the experience second to none. A huge shout out to Alyssa, Ella, and Shyanade(spelling how it sounds for being gems of servers, friendly, funny, and super sweet. They don't get paid enough for how great they are at their server roles. If your feeling down and need a laugh or want to feel like a VIP I recommend hanging out in the lounge. In terms of food the Steak Sandwich is amazing, as well as the Prime Rib Sandwich. They have the greatest appetitizer platter, the Pitmaster Share Platter (ribs, brisket, perogies, farmer sausage, cheese, and bread. . You just have to try it. It's a food coma on a plate! I've found the food to be consistent and good quality. The drink selection is great, lots of beers, wines, hard liquor, and non alcoholic. Lots of slushie style drinks, no need to go any where else for slurpees on a hot day. They have something everyone can enjoy! The atmosphere is great for chillaxing, it's cool with nice music playing. There is a digital jukebox to pick out your own tunes as well to enjoy. It's a great place to hang out, drink, and enjoy a lunch or dinner!!!Kid-friendliness: There is a lounge, and then a restaurant side seating.Parking: On the east side of the restaurant. It's in a strip mall so lots of available spots.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a power door button to open the door, and a ramp over by Domino's Pizza to access the sidewalk.

This is not a smokehouse. The platter for two is not big enough for two and the quality of smoked meat is lacking. What was presented at our table were simple meats that you can make at home. Ordered wings to supplement our first order. Smitty 's is far better for wings.

Ordered the drink special special Mojito and it was not good. However, when we addressed this with our server Ken O ...he was a very professional and gracious. The next drink was fantastic and he made it himself. Our meal was very good...we had the 3 smoking meats and sides and portions were nice amounts. Extra lemon for the Caesar side salad a bonus. Lovely modern atmosphere also bonus! These Manitoba customers appreciate you for the great service!

Host/server thought my family (3 kids) were able to sit outside on the patio and as we walked through the lounge, I literally got yelled at by the bartender that kids are ABSOLUTELY NOT allowed through the lounge NOR on the patio and we should know kids aren't allowed out there after 230pm! ... All in front of at least 5 customers sitting at the bar. Maybe put a sign on the door about that since I checked and there was no sign regarding minors on the patio. Completely unnecessary way to communicate to customers (and his co-worker).Food wasn't great either, tasted like came from frozen.

Great customer service. The food was awesome, exactly what we wanted cooked perfectly Had the best Bellini ever! I'm totally looking forward to coming here again ?
