The one location where they get your order wrong more times then right, when the forget to add something they never apologize they just say atleast we didn’t charge you for it. A reoccurring issue for the 7:00 am crew.
Went through the drive through tonight. Sounded like the girl taking our order was more interested I what her work buddies were doing as she was laughing inappropriately and not paying attention to what we we're saying. We asked for a medium blackberry yuzu, 10 tidbits, a maple dip, and a Boston cream. She informed us that they were out of Boston cream. No problem, we'll have a chocolate dip instead. So we get to the cashier, and she says oh what size drink did you want? Oh and we don't have chocolate dip, how about a double chocolate. Sure we say, just wanting to get going already. It was frustrating thinking that she should have listened while we gave our order instead of having to clarify at the cashier. So we get our order, get home and there are only 8 tidbits, and the drink is watery and not flavorful like usual. I go to this Tim's a lot, and am usually very happy with the staff, nd the products, but this girl tonight was just not a good representative of your franchise
Wouldn’t fill my drink to the top because I asked for “less ice”
This Tim's is about as mid as it gets. Semi-frequently gets orders wrong, drive thru staff cannot keep track of who's order is who's, even falls behind with mobile orders. Definitely need more staff members and honestly someone there to direct traffic thru the parking lot. The Tim's traffic causes much hassle leaving this area.
