The one with Pamplona chorizo ââand manchego, the Italian one with Genoese salami and Virginia ham, pÃâtÃÃÂ, Serrano ham, GruyÃère cheese and cod are nowhere to be found. They are cakes with a great tradition and pioneers in the cake businesses in Mexico City. They are different from the also traditional hot stall cake.
