Very good and fresh but so small. Pizza was about 6 inches big and $17.99 Very disappointed with small size. Pizza was on the burnt side and was too salty. Had lemon raspberry chiffon cake for dessert which was excellent and a normal size portion.
This place was recommended for coffee and light breakfast on our first day in Southampton. So we went and really enjoyed it. But still didn't realize till later looking thru TripAdvisor that it is also a dinner pub. So we returned and had a very good meal in their screened in upper porch. They call themselves a coffee pub but also a bistro, so is a little confusing. The two chefs are professionally trained at Toronto's George Brown College and you can tell with wonderful food and presentation.
I was with a group of 5 at 6 pm on a Tuesday. Our orders were very straightforward, most from the appetizer menu. It took over an hour to be served a cup of soup and a salad. The spring roll appetizer offers 4 rolls on the menu, 3 on the plate. The food was fine but not worth waiting for.
Had the salad and grilled whitefish. Delicious! Enjoyed the beer and nice wine selection. The coffee was outstanding! Mariah our server was totally awesome! Fun, helpful regarding the sights and our morning run the next day! What a great way to re-energize. Thanks Miriah!
We ate inside and had a very enjoyable evening the food met our expectations and the prices were not outrageous. Good choice for a casual dinner in a comfortable smallish restaurant. Decent menu and basic selection.
