The Tavern At Diamond Mills Is Now Blackbarn Hudson Valley

Went for Anniversary Brunch. View was amazing! Food was amazing! My husband had the banana and strawberry bruscetta and the hueavos Ranchero. I had the egg croissant and lemon pancakes. Staff was top notch and they gave us complimentary champagne and dessert for our anniversary. Highly recommend

We were very disappointed with our experience. We went for dinner and were surprised to see only 2 other parties on a warm Friday night. We both ordered the NY strip medium rare, but they were medium well, almost well done. The potatoes and corn that came as sides were very bland. We were expecting higher quality food to reflect the high price point. The water tasted like plastic, and the rolls were similar to those you would get in a school cafeteria. We were excited to try this restaurant as it comes across fancy , but it is absolutely not worth the money. We did enjoy the views and appreciated the host and servers ' friendliness.

We were there for a wedding and reception. What a wonderful venue. This place has wonderful food and great staff! The reception was beautifully decked out and everything was top shelf!

Came here for the Christmas Day brunch buffet, the only place open within an hours drive of where we were staying in Hudson, NY. The food was fine and the service was very friendly. I really enjoyed the made to order omelets and the eggs Benedict. The **** Mary was also quite good. The best part was the amazing view of the dam.

Went with a group of friends. Overall was an ok. We have been here numerous times and yet to be impressed. As I don’t mind paying for food and drink what I expect is that the service and quality match my cost. Sitting in the bar with a bartender having a tough time. For a slower night the service was very slow. Food was ok nothing special except the grilled Caesar salad was amazing.
