Dunkin' Donuts - Saugus

My new favorite Dunkin, as it is on the way to my new job. What I noticed is that the place is always very clean. The bathroom was immaculate; made me bad for use lol. Friendly workers. No problems. I love this dunkin.

My order is always punctual, always correct, and ALWAYS tastes great. I never had a bad meeting. Staff are all so friendly and this is reflected in the customer base. I make a point to stop for my coffee here and not closer home because it is great to start my day in a good mood. Keep the amazing work.

Jade Justin is great. They greeted me in greetings immediately even if they were busty, processed the order that I helped for my co-workers big with packing to protect it so it would not be in my car if you were driving on route.

Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(? is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.

Stopped here to grab a quick sugar fix and some water. The service was fast and friendly. The donuts, as always were tasty and fresh, and the price was fairly cheap. The restrooms were very clean. In fact, the entire place was clean and smelled fresh. I recommend the vanilla sprinkle donut. Super awesome.
