The menu has many tempting dishes. The reality was a bit disappointing. Although everything was perfectly cooked, the tastes of Bland varied too sweet to strange. Sometimes there was a certain part of a record that was fabulous, but the court as a whole did not cook. Service was excellent and thoughtful. The ambience is restrained and pleasant.

We have been there several times last century with the 'Maître ' Bernard Loiseau, a great experience each time. The current cooker is good, but obviously not at the level of BL, so it was a bit disappointing. It is a pity, because the house and spa are beautiful.

The menu has many enticingly composed dishes. The actuality was a little disappointing. Though everything was perfectly cooked, the tastes varied from bland to sweet to odd. Sometimes there was a particular part of a dish that was fabulous but the dish as a whole did not cohere. Service was excellent and thoughtful. The ambiance is restrained and pleasant.
