Arby's - Sault Ste. Marie

Food is great, but parking and drive through have HORRIBLE pots. There was a very long waiting period, but it was dinner time, and the staff was very friendly.

Foods good but they need to fix there hours of operation. They are never open at the times they say they do. It seems like the hour they say they open is taken as the hour to show up.

Sometimes it kind of like a circus in there, but the food is good 90% of the time

I totally understand that restaurants are short handed right now. On Feb. 23rd, shortly after 4:00 p.m. we ate inside. Both bathrooms were dirty. There were 6 tables that needed to be washed. The floor was dirty. Our fries were a combination of curly fries and regular fries mostly small pieces! Must of been leftovers from previous orders.. And they were cold. The top of my bun was dry. No I didn't go to the counter to complain. I just wanted to eat and leave. It was not busy.. If the dining area is going to be open then clean it!!!

The brisket was cold the cheese was not melted looked gross tasted rough they forgot about the cheese cup I ordered but the roast beef sandwich was delicious I would recommend the roast beef but nothing else on the menu
