Tim Hortons - Sault Ste. Marie

The staff at this restaurant are extremely unprofessional and seem more focused on socializing with each other than providing good service. The drinks were sloppily poured, causing spills, and the donuts were stale and unappetizing.

I'm not sure, but this might be one of the last places where you can sit and enjoy your coffee.

I ordered a sausage bacon wrap, but half of it was just broth with nothing in it. My mother also ordered one, but only found a small piece of sausage inside. Additionally, the cashier did not give the customers behind us their change. When my mother-in-law went back to complain about the missing sausage, the cashier rudely snatched the cash box from her hand. The person who made the wrap did not even bother to remake it, instead just covering it with a carton and giving it back to her. We were not sure what they did with the original wrap. Overall, the service and maintenance were extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Ordered a Fritter and coffee and although the tall brown haired male attendant was with a covid face shield he still sneezed down towards his hands that were not washed before getting me my coffee and doughnut. Did not apologize and take a break to wash and served other customers. i refused my doughnut for sure. station mall timi's don't train their children to wash their hands or avoid work when showing covid symptoms so goodluck to you. Happened November 3rd 12pm 2020

Super slow. The employees were standing there talking, and literally chatting with their customer friends, while there are 6-7 people in line. Probably one of the longest times I've ever waited at a Tim's, and I was late for work because of it(I needed something to eat). I get if you have a million things to do I get it, I've worked in service my whole life, but there is zero sense of urgency. I've trained people in these jobs, and even the worst ones weren't as slow. Pick up the pace. It's a busy location and you got people waiting 15-20 minutes??? Not a thing.
