Castillo Craft Kitchen - Saundersfoot

Was greeted by a rude hostess. After seating us at a table we decided to move she laughed at us. I find it odd that she found humor in the fact that we wanted to move. We have had dinner at several other high end places in St. Augustine that had wonderful service and food. When we spend more than 100 dollars on food and drinks we would like the 5 star treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this place just because of the service.

Loved the Castillo first time visit with my brunch group. We had a private room, it was amazing. Our waitress was very efficient and friendly. Food was delicious. Everything was great. The hotel was elegant and comfortable, we took a look around.

I am part of a group of local friends who gather each month for breakfast/brunch/lunch at different establishments. I chose Castillo Craft Bar Kitchen for our March breakfast and everyone LOVED it! We were seated in the private room (there were 11 of us) with 4 square tables pushed together so we all sat facing each other and it was ideal. The hostess, Haley, was fabulous, and our server, Chloe, was patient, professional and helpful. The food was amazing, and one of the ladies in our group said that she'd be happy if we could eat there every month! The (complimentary) valet attendants were also great. Highly recommend Castillo Kitchen we can't wait to go back!

Overall, the food was good, but it was a very SLOW meal. We got seated at 8 and didn't get our bill until 10:30pm. I appreciate it when the waitress gives me to enjoy an appetizer and drinks, but it was way too much time. I'd go back, but I'm not dying to go back.

Worst experience ever. Warning: Don't think you will be able to use your dining reward here because even when you book the restaurant using your dining reward, the restaurant will refuse to accept it.
