It was nice 10 plus years ago. Now, just overpriced coffee and processed food. Go to a local coffee shop and get real local coffee with natural ingredients. Tastes better , usually cost less, and way happier to see you.

Completely ignored an allergen that they were told and then acted like it was no big deal when I had to use my epipin in their parking lot.

This location is guaranteed to mess your order up every single time. The amount of chances I've gave them is insane. Unfortunately the one on my way to work doesn't open as early on Sundays so today I found myself at this one again and of course I regret it. Today I ordered a strawberries and cream frappe and for whatever reason they put something chocolate in it. Thank God I didn't drink it since im allergic, but seriously do better. It's not just a one time thing. I have thrown out many drinks before from here because they don't ever get it right. So the incompetence is almost expected at this point.

Whatever city I am in, I will find a Starbucks. I came here on my Birthday for my free drink. The baristas were very friendly and nice..
