Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Food was decent. Breana or whatever her name is, was so rude. I don’t know who taught her that raising her voice at people (especially a child) is a smart idea. It’s rude. I ordered a “plain hamburger not even the cheese” as I have ordered for my kid for years. Never has ANYONE raised their voice at my kid because they didn’t know what the word “plain” means. But miss Breana wanted to raise her voice and shoot dirty looks from the kitchen the whole time?!?! Ew.B- if you are gonna work in customer service, you do need to act like it. People bring their kids out to have fun, not to be shamed in a fast food restaurant, because she wanted a plain sandwich and you got irritated at the situation. In the future, I suggest calmly and quietly, talking it over with customers, you might have a better response and not get a bad review.

This place is of the hook. Great food no matter what you order.
