Chick-fil-a - Savannah

Normally I?ve not had any problems with this chic fila, but lately every single time it?s an issue. I went there today and a Crista Medley who I assumed was the manager from her uniform was rude and kept making me yell out my order since she wasstanding so far back from my car. I took it as maybe she feared for Covid and didn?t pay any mind to it however I get my foodonly to be disappointed again. The fries were lukewarm, the burger was soggy, and I didn?t get even get a straw or napkin so Ican spit it back out in. This location was convenient since it?s literally 5 mins from my house but I?d rather drive the extra15 mins to a different location than to be disappointed every single time.

Good food but make sure you check the bag before you leave. They've forgotten my sauce and utensils 4 times now. Hard to enjoy your salad dry and with your hands.

Service was fast and effective. drive them thru is fast and eating is always fresh and hot, and the taste is great. always recommended to my family, friends and employees.

This is one of the best CFA's around. It has excellent customer service and management. At my previous job, I used to eat here nearly every day and they never once mistook my order or gave me the wrong items. If you're looking for speedy service and awesome food, head to this location.

This location's drive-thru is very efficient. Even during peak lunch or dinner time, I can still get through the drive-thru in a reasonable amount of time. I typically use the mobile order feature and receive my order exactly as it was placed.
