Cook Out - Savannah

My husband and i drove very far so he could get his cook out fix. He said that he ordered the hush puppies and they told him it would be a bit of a wait. So he ordered his food and waited for whatever the wait time was. The lady was so sweet she said hismeal was on them. The food was delicious he was absolutely in heaven. The manager name on the ticket was Michelle. Thank youfor your generous and sweet customer service, you absolutely made his day!!!

I just left cookout from this location and returned home. I asked for 3 trays with chicken strips and double fries!! Where is the fries?! I haven?t touch my plate. I actually threw it away because I?m so disgusted. This is a snack box. Idk who workedbut this unacceptable. If this establishment is going to continue to serve a snack box then you have lost a customer. All ofthis for $7.00?!

2 stars bc eating was hot. but these sloppy sandwiches that are simply thrown together are not good. do not say a tweetle and pickles the half of the tweetle and the pickles are still being raised.

Service in this location was horrible. It was my first time, and was looking at the menu to see what to orden, since I'd never been here, and the lady was rushing me. It was 11pm, and they close at 4am, so they weren't near closing yet. After I order all (we were 4), there was some sides missing (2 to be exact) and 1 drink missing. I can say, some of the food was good, other didn't get my expectation. Want to return other day, maybe to another location, and early.

Came thru at 3am like the true G's they are. Late night options are non-existent on the Southside now so I really appreciate them being open as late as they are! Service is great employees are great food was great; 11/10 would recommend.Parking: Plenty and spacious.
