Krystal - Savannah

I arrived at 0100 and sat about 10 minutes in the auto-duration window to say they were closed. I said I thought they were closing at 0200. the worker said they were closed early because they had little personal. the worker told me that they had only fries and krystal burger and took my order. the krystals were hot and the only things I ordered.

Tried to charge me $25.27 for 4 krystal meal and 2 chic meal. Not sure if the cashier was trying to make some extra money or what but that's double what it should be. She even read the order back to me before I drove off. They are trying to SCAM so be careful!!!DO NOT HAND THEM YOU CREDIT CARD!!!

I would like to leave this location a 5 star review because I usually frequent this location, but unfortunately I can't attest to the food or service because the employees don't answer the call box when you pull up. Stopped by this location around 2:45am after work to get some late night food since they changed their hours back to 24/7. But the employees just made me sit there until I left.

I wish I would have gotten the young lady's name who was working the drive-thru on this day. From the beginning of our transaction to the very end she was so pleasant so professional and really took care of her guests. The food was fresh and hot I'm a huge White Castle fan but this day Krystal was really appreciated

I felt so sorry for the dedicated lady running the drive thru. She was totally by herself and still doing a fantastic job of taking the order, ringing up the order, cooking the food, AND STILL ABLE TO SMILE! An amazing employee!
