Panera Bread - Savannah

We like Panera, the food is usually fresh and service good. Much better than McDonald's or Burger chains. This visit was no exception. We travel around the country always enjoy the consistency we get with Panera. This location has many simple parking spaces. AK Tip: Use your phone to pay via Apple or Android. Just because we want to see more places accept mobile payments

I love disc bread and never had a problem with their food or service. However, this place today was quite disappointment. To have paid $20 for soup, a whole sandwich and extra baguette, just to be given a ridiculously dry sandwich if I specifically asked Mayo, a small soup when I asked for a big, no signature sauce, if I did it on the site at the time of ordering and a posture of preparation - qualified an experience that can be the reason that I can never get back to this place.

Wow, as a good client of Panera, I'm very disappointed. If you pay almost $9.00 for a salad, you expect that. I travel a lot and usually Panera is what I think if I want a fresh, delicious salad, but I think I need to find a new place to get my salads. Here is a picture of my 9 dollar Zeasar Salat BEFORE I TOUCHED IT. The bowl is half empty and doesn't look attractive. Besides, I had received a baguette, but my opinion changed and asked for chips, and the young lady behind the counter asked me to give her the dish and she took the bread back and gave me chips. I am not sure how other customers would feel about eating the same baguette, I know that I would have a bread that would already serve someone, especially knowing that Panera makes her own bread. Extremely disappointed by all this experience.

Place is not clean and needs renovation. French baguette coming with soup was one third in size and old. Forks have been bent and plates are dirty. Probably the worst Panera place.

The cook was terrible and cashier was rude. They skimped on my sandwich, (chicken and avocado) and all they put on it was a tiny sliver. They messed up my husband's steak and cheddar and forgot the cheese. Messed up my French onion soup and forgot to put on croutons and cheese. When I took everything back, the staff complained that I was just being picky.
