Papa John's Pizza - Savannah

Ordering from this restaurant is always a hassle due to the use of call centers instead of taking orders directly. After trying to place my order over the phone, I was transferred to someone else because I wanted to pay with cash. However, the number they transferred me to was not in service. When I went to the restaurant to pay, my order could not be found and I would have to wait an additional 50 minutes if I wanted to reorder. Every time I try to order from this place, I have a terrible experience. I can only imagine how many others have been frustrated by this process.

I waited at the restaurant for 10 minutes for them to confirm my GrubHub order, only to be told that it would take 2 hours to prepare. I was forced to cancel my delivery, leaving the customer without their food.

At this restaurant, I cannot give it any stars. The manager was extremely rude, and it took almost 2 hours to get a pizza that was not even what I ordered. They lied about the pizza being ready. Getting a pizza should never be such a difficult or unpleasant experience. I recommend avoiding this place and trying elsewhere. This place is not up to par, unlike Pizza Hut which is much better.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I'll wait for an hour for a pizza. She told me it was on the way 20 minutes ago. it's a 15-minute drive to my house. dominos is the way to go for fiese pizza

Pizza was hot but dry. Made the pepperoni extra salty. Definitely not NY style.
