I recently ordered from this location on two occasions via the website. The website gave me a delivery time of 31-41 minutes. We waited over two hours for the pizza. When I tried to call to check on the pizza, you get the National recording. When you press 2 to get the local store to check on the order, they won’t answer the phone. On the second time, I drove over to the store. While I drove over, the pizza arrived at our home. It was COLD. Luckily, my kid called me to tell me. People will say it is because they are short workers; in this situation, they had the same amount of workers as they did prior to COVID. I immediately asked for a refund. The transaction was voided. If you want pizza that takes a long time and arrives cold, then get it from this location. This will be my last time ordered from this location in quite a while.
Delivery driver was nice. and polite. It took over an hour to get the pizza and considering that it is a Friday night that is fine. However, they didn't give me what I ordered. I called to let them know and I have been on hold for over an hour. Terrible service. Don't waste your time. Support local business.

Probably the worst experience ordering pizza. Ordered online through an out sourced call center in India. Told the wait was 30 minutes for delivery. Paid and tipped 20 percent. An hour and a half later we decided to drive to the store to pick up the order because every time we called their was no answer. Got to the store and the manager was a jerk. We told him we didn’t want to pay for delivery or tip since we had to drive to pick it up. He told us the best he could do was half off our next order. If you’re thinking about ordering pizza from here, don’t.
