Savannah Tequila Company At Plant Riverside District

My husband and I were spoiled!! We visited this hotel during our anniversary week celebration. Once we arrived the help desk assistant made us aware our room was upgraded complimentary with a balcony! Also, the day of our anniversary we left for the spa that morning and returned with champagne and orange juice waiting for us in our room! There was also a sweet note from the concierge team, wishing us a happy anniversary. Kudos to the entire staff! From housekeeping to the valet team and bellmen! Everyone gave stellar customer service! This hotel is worth it! I prefer top notch service and my expectations were met!

I can't express just how wonderful this hotel is. It's our favorite place in the world, providing authentic hospitality, a taste of local culture, exceptional dining options, and a beautifully maintained, sparkling clean interior. Thank you for another amazing experience!

Engineer Anthony was fantastic. He worked diligently to fix our TV casting issue and was knowledgeable, kind, and polite. I really appreciated his help. Unfortunately, the concierge at the JW side was unhelpful and rude during check-in, but the check-in associate was exceptional. We stayed on the Three Muses side but checked in at the JW.

The JW Marriott is an exceptional vacation home away from home! I enjoyed every minute of my stay there. The room was huge, very clean and delightful! I felt like I was in Barbados. The room was located by the pool area, giving it the excellent villa vibes that I so enjoyed. The staff is always great at the JW! Valet parking is always great! The museum and many restaurants are also wonderful in this amazing hotel. I enjoyed my experience with being able to walk on the boardwalk downtown Savannah as everything is extremely accessible.

I haven't even checked in yet, and I'm already having a disappointing experience. I'm paying $500 a night for a room, and McKenzie, the manager on duty, speaks in a robotic manner and seems completely uninterested in what I have to say. I wish I could cancel my reservation, but that would result in a penalty. Why is it that staff at high-end properties often act as if they are more important than their guests?
