What happened to this place is really sad and disappointing. eating is in order, but their customer service standards have absolutely pumped. at any time, the personal will pass a large filling container at the beginning of the drive to force orders within. I don't understand what the use of it while covid is, as I would imagine, most would prefer the less contact option. To be honest, it would be better if the dirty dining room was closed and they were just going through. Secondly, they suddenly started and stopped sushi, ramen and other different things they usually don't find out about until they have already gone into the inner. not online, no trip through. it feels like a desrapping experience, and there were a few times where I had just gone to sakura 17 or green tea if I knew that certain things were missing. I think that's the worst scooping in savannah.

Food is great all the time, but old grandma looking lady Tami was so rude.My order was not correct and I tried to tell her that but she could not let me finish the sentence. She was keep repeating No instead of hearing me out. If you are adult and mature you should listen what problem your customers are facing with, but instead she decided to be rude and try not to listen.I have uncomfortable moment everytime I visit there with her. I will probably never go back there. I know it will not effect their business but as long as they keep Tami there, they will lose their customers.

This location is amazing. To me the food taste better here than it does at the other restaurants.
