Feedback gevenI've ordered from this location three times, and each time there has been something missing from my order, or I received incorrect items (always of lower value), or both. The person responsible for hiring at this location should be let go. I feel for the employees who are doing their jobs well, as they end up being affected by those who aren’t, which tarnishes the reputation of the entire establishment.
Horrible service! Takes over 30 minutes to get food. Workers on phone entire time. Will not be coming back
Let me start off by saying I’m ashamed and hurt for this star. It is unfair to the star that it has to represent this store. If it was possible I would give a few negative stars.This was the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I’ve had breakups that work out smoother then this store fumbling to give me my order. They forgot my burrito, we’re out of like everything, and were out of ice. To make matters worst they didn’t tell us they were out of some things until we’d bought it. For example, my uncle got a large drink which they were apparently out of, so he was given two medium drinks instead.Customer service was terrible too and honestly a gas station might have been a better food stop.The only thing I have to say is don’t go to this store. It’s a waste of time and money. If you want to see something crash and burn and go terribly wrong, just watch a movie.Once again my apologies to this mistreated star. He doesn’t deserve this.
Taco Bell on Ogeechee Rd. in Savannah, GA has exceptionally poor customer service. The staff messed up my simple order and then asked me to pull up to the front door. I waited there for about seven minutes, but no one came outside to assist me with correcting my order. I eventually decided to go through the drive-thru again, and the employee handed me a drink as a gesture of apology, but the lid wasn't on securely, causing it to explode all over my car and clothes. The employee just gave me a bewildered look and told me to hold on while he went to get his manager. Unfortunately, the manager walked past the window several times, noticed I was waiting, and chose to ignore me until I finally drove away. In the end, the problem was never resolved. This is store #035296. The manager and staff definitely need more training in providing quality customer service and accurately processing orders.
When this place first opened, it was fantastic! Unfortunately, now it's become one of the worst spots for customer service. Half of the staff works really hard, while the other half seems to be just goofing off. I usually prefer to go to one of the other fast food options nearby. I used to be a big fan of Taco Bell and went there frequently. Occasionally, I'll give it another shot, but I'm always left feeling let down.
