Feedback gevenI recently had a disappointing experience at Wendy's. Last Friday, I decided to give it another try after seeing a long line of cars ahead of me, but after sitting for 45 minutes without moving, we decided to leave. This past Friday, I hoped for a better experience. However, as soon as I began placing my order at the drive-thru, the staff member kept interrupting me by asking if that was all, which came off as quite rude. Each time I ordered something, she would cut me off and ended up getting my order wrong. Not only was she unprofessional, but her attitude was also disrespectful, as if she were annoyed at me for ordering more than one item. I don't think I'll be returning to Wendy's again.
It seems they've been struggling with their service lately. I tried to place an order, and it was frustrating. I opted for mobile ordering, which was fine, but then I had to wait 5 minutes in the drive-thru afterward. If they can possibly avoid drive-thru orders, they should! There are definitely other options nearby. I understand these are challenging times, but when they’re closed or only accepting mobile orders, they should inform customers with a sign—it wouldn’t take long to put one up. I guess it's a case of poor management. My wife, mother, and I were hoping for a better experience.
I recently visited the location on Victory Drive, and I have to give them five stars. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very friendly, greeting us with smiles as soon as we walked in. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious.
So I decided to come here with my wife because she has torn a burger and I immediately regretted the outside didn't see that clean most of the staff hang and took a smoke break, but that is forcing on the cake when we stop at the tank and I drive back into the car to see the most disgusting on the face of my wife, because there is a frenzy in her fries
Stop by this Wendy’s about an hour ago all of the staff including the manager were outback of the building smoking and joking around upon seeing the sedan in front of me pull into the drive-through in front of me they all went inside cigarettes included and proceeded to inform her and me you had to use the mobile app to order anything. Seeing that it was my child that was hungry no big deal downloaded the app did everything to order only to find out that nothing on the app would work because everything was turned off or closed. Went back to the drive-through informed the brilliant person on the mic that you could not use the app and was again instructed that they were only taking orders through the mobile app pretty sure the whole night staff should be fired as they were clearly stealing money from the owner by both being paid and sending customers away
