I recommend to all this gastronomy. All great, both the piadina and the dumpsters and the first and second that the contours and also the staff is very helpful. Of course everything is done in the house. Great for lunch.
Returning from the fair of Rimini, it is 17:30 and I did not eat anything all day (breakfast apart). But I have to go home and the road that awaits me is long. On the Via Emilia there are different places to eat, but no one inspires me. Suddenly I see this rosticceria....Alt! Found it. I'm going down and I'm gonna get in there right now. To welcome me there is the Manu that begins to describe the various dishes left and those that was preparing. The eye falls on a cassone filled with herbs (green) as and sausage: very delicate and awarded. But Manu tells me that he is preparing another with potatoes and sausage: triumph!! I sit and start eating. Good, really good and well stuffed. You understand if a stuff is homemade or bought and filled (and that is capable of doing it all). Divorced the first, comes the second still smoking dish. In the meantime Manu entertains me with cheerful conversations and describes me his love for Romagna cuisine and the tradition of making the puff still hand, as it was once done. Unbelievable, in the era completely ready instantaneous, she still takes time, fresh ingredients and elbow oil to knead and pull the puff. A alien. And you can see from what it offers to the window. Almost once a week my family and I dine with rolls and dumpsters of the manu. Actually we don't only dine but we also make snack the next day because they are so great that none of us can finish them. I always take it and anyway one by one because they are delicious also the next day, and this makes me think they use all fresh ingredients. There is such a variety of tastes that we are often undecided, but still one of the best, in our opinion it is just from the manu both in roll version and cassone. Another really good is the classic herbal, which during the periods in which the season allows it, is also made in the red version. All at fair prices. Congratulations, Manu!
