Feedback gevenWe came here for my birthday because last month we went to eat here with a group of friends. I tried the traditional pizza and it was very good, bit i still wanted to try the famous Pinsa made in Rome. We arrived too early at 18:00 o’clock and we decided to stay and drink something while we waited the restaurant to open at 19:00 o’clock. The father of te owner was very nice. We began with a shrimp cocktail that was delicious. Then we ordered the pinsa verdura en de pinsa tonno. We were told that the bread of tge pinsa have to raise 72 hours, that’s why is so light and the crust is crunchy. The vegetables were grilled perfectly and the pinsa wasn’t heavy at all. They say it has also less calories. If this is true i just fell in love with the pinsa and won’t eat another traditional pizza again.
Food: Nice and crunchy Farinata, well cooked and tasty both the Ceci and Grano version. Ambience and Service: really nice time with the owner entertaining fun discussions while waiting our Farinata to be delivered. Courtesy and attention to details! Definitely a go for take away in style!

Look out of curiosity about tripadvisor I came across reviews about this place and I find something really negative. I don't understand why. I've been getting baked for years and I've always found myself great. every time I have a visit of friends from outside savona I bring them here and I always made a good figure. the flour is the best of savona, excellent pinewood, sweets are of quality and, rare for a restaurant, there is also a varied offer of bottled beers. I always found very kind and helpful the boys and girls serving at the table and with the owner it is always pleasant to joke and tease.
No menu with prices, the dishes are listed by the waiter. a little too long timing considering that me and my partner were at that time the only customers of the club. good food quality, nothing to say. two first, two waters and two coffees 42€, definitely excessive, especially if you consider that the prices are not indicated anywhere.
