On the third appointment of a long series from Hanataba I express all the pleasure of excellent hospitality. The room is immediately welcoming to the view, the quality of raw materials and the preparation does not disfigure in Japan itself for which compliments the Chef and Staff. The experience is authentic and vibrant. With some legitimate concessions to the West. The mind and palate brought me back a few years ago on a wonderful holiday from Tokyo to Kyoto-Nara-Osaka-Okayama and to the east on the island of Shikoku (Matsuyama and Kochi).
